Forward Deployed AI Scientist (Kazakhstan)

About the role

BCG X is looking for a Forward Deployed AI Scientist to join its rapidly growing team in Kazakhstan. You will work on end‑to‑end AI projects, from framing business challenges to designing algorithms, building scalable solutions, and helping clients adopt AI.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full analytics value chain for client engagements.
• Design, implement and deploy innovative AI algorithms and software solutions.
• Collaborate with clients across BCG regions and industries on topics such as climate change.
• Develop and deliver thought leadership, papers and conference presentations on behalf of BCG X.

Required profile

• Strong curiosity and a bias toward action.
• Comfortable in client‑facing roles with ambition to lead teams.
• Ability to distill complex technical concepts for business audiences.
