FinTech Project Manager – Country Monetisation & Launches

About the role

We are looking for a cross‑functional Project Manager to bridge our FinTech product and business teams, own a large share of country‑level monetisation work, and support new market launches. You will keep fintech initiatives moving by coordinating non‑standard projects with Legal and Tax and building playbooks that prevent recurring issues from blocking product work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead non‑standard, cross‑functional fintech product projects from start to finish, defining scope, timelines and coordinating teams.
• Identify and resolve blockers that slow fintech product initiatives, escalating when necessary.
• Create reusable playbooks from recurring blockers and share them across product and regional teams.
• Coordinate with local business and support functions to design and adjust country‑level monetisation schemes.
• Work with analysts and strategists to build monetisation plans for each country or region.
• Support fintech launches in new markets by coordinating readiness across product, local business and support functions.

Required profile

• 4–6 years in project management, business operations or fintech/product, preferably multi‑market.
• Proven track record of delivering cross‑functional projects without direct authority.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear plans, owners and timelines.
• Fluency in English and Russian.
• Understanding of payment and monetisation models is a plus.
