Finance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Specialist to lead budgeting, financial planning and management accounting activities. The successful candidate will use advanced AI tools and ERP systems to streamline reporting and support data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and monitor the annual budget, tracking revenues, expenses and cash flow.
• Develop financial models, forecasts and perform financial control.
• Prepare and present management and financial reports for senior leadership.
• Analyze profitability, identify financial risks and propose mitigation measures.

Required profile

• University degree in finance, economics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar finance role.
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning and management accounting.
• Intermediate to upper‑intermediate English proficiency.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling).
• ERP systems such as 1C, SAP or QuickBooks.
• AI‑driven analysis tools (Claude, ChatGPT or similar).
