Field Team Leader – Manage Auditors

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Field Team Leader to manage and support a team of Field Auditors in day‑to‑day operations. The role involves driving team performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining strong communication with auditors and stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working with people.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of Field Auditors, monitoring KPIs, productivity and compliance.
• Coordinate fieldwork planning, visit assignments and monitor auditor utilization.
• Provide on‑the‑job training, coaching and performance evaluations.
• Support auditors in resolving operational and store‑related challenges, including physical store checks when required.
• Assist with recruitment activities, onboarding, resignation processes and device management.
• Deliver operational support via phone and chat, ensuring timely communication and follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support client field visits.
• Maintain operational records, finance‑related activities and coordinate special projects.

Required profile

• Experience in managing field or operational teams.
• Proficiency in English, Kazakh and Russian.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and learn quickly.
• Professional maturity and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
