Field Team Leader

About the role

The Field Team Leader will oversee a team of auditors conducting retail and market research activities. This role ensures high‑quality data collection, drives performance against KPIs, and supports both internal and external clients during field operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and motivate a team of field auditors.
• Monitor team KPIs and overall performance.
• Recruit, interview and onboard new auditors.
• Provide daily coaching and support to auditors on the ground.
• Plan resources, allocate workloads and manage equipment.
• Oversee execution of store audits and field projects.
• Coordinate special projects and track their delivery.
• Assist internal and external clients during field trips.
• Help auditors improve collaboration with stores.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing field staff.
• Fluent in Kazakh, Russian and English.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience managing KPI and performance metrics.
• Background in training and developing employees.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment and learn quickly.
