Field Sales Manager

About the role

Wolt is looking for a dynamic Field Sales Manager to lead the expansion of its restaurant and retail portfolio in Astana. You will be responsible for acquiring new partnerships, building strong relationships with venue owners, and driving revenue growth in a high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and explore the market to identify untapped partnership opportunities.
• Engage with restaurants and retailers that align with Wolt’s vision and negotiate partnership terms.
• Maintain a systematic pipeline of potential partners and track progress.
• Analyze venue performance to set profitable business terms.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

Required profile

• Proven B2B and B2C sales experience, preferably in food delivery or retail.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable handling rejection.
• Strong networking and relationship‑building abilities.
• High ownership mindset with a proactive, “hunter” attitude.
• Fluent in Kazakh and Russian; English is a plus.
