DX Promo Manager – BCCA Region

About the role

Lead the DX Promo agenda across the BCCA region (Belarus, Caucasus, Central Asia), driving promotional effectiveness through a unified strategy, governance framework, and end‑to‑end execution excellence. As a newly established strategic capability, you will build and institutionalise the DX Promo function, creating the missing link between Sales, Revenue Growth Management, Marketing, Supply Chain and Planning.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead promotional strategy across OT, TT, AFH and e‑commerce channels, owning budget planning and alignment with commercial priorities.
• Establish and govern the end‑to‑end promotional management process, setting clear ownership, decision rights and ways of working across functions.
• Own the promotional calendar, manage launch timing in digital systems, and lead monthly re‑planning cycles incorporating performance, supply constraints and market dynamics.
• Lead post‑promotion evaluation, develop playbooks and channel‑specific guidelines, and continuously improve promotional ROI.

Required profile

• Higher education in Economics, Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years FMCG experience in Commercial Planning, Revenue Growth Management, Sales Finance, Trade Marketing or related functions.
• At least 2 years of people‑management experience.
• Strong understanding of promotional management, trade‑investment optimisation and commercial planning.
• Proven track record of building processes and cross‑functional ways of working in complex organisations.
