About the role

Plug and Play Tech Center is seeking a dynamic Director to lead the operational execution and financial performance of its regional portfolio. You will be the face of the organization in the assigned region, driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring the success of accelerator programs.

Key responsibilities

• Maximize portfolio value by executing strategies that meet margin and growth targets.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of corporate and government partners, securing long‑term ecosystem health.
• Lead business development activities, align regional revenue goals with global strategy, and close major deals.
• Represent Plug and Play at tech events, fostering brand awareness and stakeholder relationships.
• Design and approve the 12‑week accelerator curriculum, tailoring mentorship and networking for sector‑specific cohorts.
• Identify high‑potential investment opportunities, lead regional due diligence, and align with the global investment thesis.

Required profile

• Proven track record in driving financial performance and revenue growth.
• Strong experience in business development, partnership management, and ecosystem building.
• Ability to act as a strategic advisor to corporate partners on innovation trends.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to represent the brand publicly.
