DevOps Team Lead

About the role

TargetAI Limited is looking for a DevOps Team Lead to ensure the stability of its existing infrastructure, advance CI/CD processes, and guide a growing DevOps team. You will work on a platform that processes millions of real‑time video events, supporting public safety and large‑scale business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and improve current CI/CD pipelines.
• Package software components and manage their dependencies.
• Support and configure environments across cloud platforms and on‑premise hardware.
• Monitor infrastructure health and respond to incidents promptly.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate the DevOps team’s daily activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience with both relational and non‑relational databases.
• Strong understanding of CRUD operations and component interaction.
• Hands‑on experience with Cassandra, Qdrant, Redis, and message brokers.
• Knowledge of L4/L7 load balancers and OSS storage solutions (Minio, Ceph, SeaweedFS, GlusterFS).
• Familiarity with Vault policies and distributed storage system design.
• Experience designing backup solutions for databases.
• Solid Linux administration skills and networking fundamentals.
