Customer Success Manager

About the role

We are building an AI‑driven “Learning OS” that turns school materials into interactive practice, grades work, and surfaces classroom challenges. As our first Customer Success hire, you will bring this platform to teachers who have never used software and help them adopt new daily workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard teachers, students, parents and office managers and create practical guides.
• Support teachers through the daily homework cycle – training, nudging, and troubleshooting.
• Run feedback loops and monthly reviews with all stakeholders.
• Translate classroom feedback into concrete product problems for the engineering team.
• Own the end‑to‑end rollout plan, track commitments and adjust when needed.

Required profile

• 2+ years delivering outcomes for real users in customer success, implementation, account management, project management, ed‑tech operations or school administration.
• Excellent spoken and written Russian and Kazakh; English sufficient for internal communication.
• Experience running meetings with senior stakeholders and driving decisions to completion.
• Based in Astana and able to work on‑site regularly.
• Comfortable interacting with a wide audience – from 10‑year‑old students to school directors.
• Persuasive, high‑agency and able to translate vague concerns into actionable product insights.

Required skills

• Analytics reporting – pulling usage numbers, reading funnels and building simple reports.
• Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Use of support‑ticketing or similar support tooling.
