Customer Service Specialist – Order Management & Logistics

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, customer‑oriented Customer Service Specialist to manage the full order lifecycle, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure accurate documentation while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase orders received via email or portals and enter them into the ERP system.
• Coordinate deliveries with warehouses and transport providers, including export shipments across Central Asia.
• Monitor inventory, collaborate with Supply Chain, and track shipments, updating customers on status.
• Prepare invoices, upload them to portals, and provide required shipping documents (SDS, CoA, Certificates of Origin, etc.).
• Support customs clearance with necessary import/export paperwork.
• Resolve customer inquiries on order discrepancies, damaged goods, and billing issues.
• Assign technical requests to appropriate specialists or field engineers.
• Prepare reports, analyse operational data, and use ERP and BI tools to improve reporting efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to optimise processes and enhance performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Relations or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, Import/Export or similar.
• Fluent English (C1/C2); fluent Russian; Kazakh language is a plus.
• Excellent communication, proactive attitude, strong multitasking and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, Pivot Tables & Charts, Power Query, Power Pivot, data modeling, large datasets).
• Experience with ERP systems – preferably 1C; SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle ERP are also acceptable.
• Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate.
• Master data management and reporting experience.
