Crane Electrician Engineer (Kazakhstani National)

About the role

EnerMech is seeking experienced Crane Electrician Engineers to join its lifting solutions team in Karabatan, Atyrau, Kazakhstan. The role involves maintaining and repairing heavy lifting equipment while ensuring safety and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Follow and comply with all HSSE requirements and regulations.
• Operate, inspect, diagnose, repair, and overhaul cranes and related equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement.
• Prepare equipment for RoK inspections and manage related paperwork.
• Lead the team, maintain a safe working area, and support the Lifting Equipment Supervisor.

Required profile

• BS in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent diploma.
• Minimum 10 years of experience working on lifting equipment and accessories.
• Proficient in English (upper‑intermediate verbal and written).

Required skills

• Overhead crane maintenance including rails, hooks, ropes, motors, engines, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Use of micrometers, gauges, and technical drawings for inspection.
• Fault diagnosis and root‑cause analysis of mechanical and electrical components.
• Testing of repaired equipment to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications.
