Corporate Trainer – Oil & Gas & Industrial Sectors

About the role

RCDR Trainings is looking for experienced freelance trainers to deliver short‑term corporate training programs for clients in the oil & gas, industrial and energy sectors across Kazakhstan and beyond. The role is project‑based, allowing you to share your technical expertise through interactive, practice‑oriented sessions either onsite or online.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver 1–4 day training sessions on topics such as hydrogeology, geophysics, equipment maintenance and digitalisation.
• Adapt training content to client needs and ensure sessions are interactive and practice‑focused.
• Manage flexible scheduling, including onsite delivery or remote webinars, and travel within Kazakhstan when required.

Required profile

• Higher technical education, preferably in petroleum engineering, geology, industrial engineering or related fields.
• Advanced degree (Master’s, PhD, DBA or equivalent) and at least 5 years of practical experience in production, field operations or technical project execution.
• Previous experience in corporate training, mentoring or education is an advantage.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to professional audiences.
