Copywriter – Social Media & Performance

About the role

The Copywriter (Social Media & Performance) will support the SMM manager by creating compelling copy that drives reach, engagement and conversions across our social channels and paid campaigns. This mid‑level role blends strong writing skills with a strategic understanding of brand building and the synergy between text and visuals.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit copy for 20‑22 social media posts per month on Instagram and TikTok, including on‑asset text and captions.
• Manage always‑on community interactions, responding to DMs and comments (up to ~1,000 per campaign).
• Develop scripts for paid‑social video ads and create copy for Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
• Produce print copy for leaflets, brochures and posters.
• Craft lead‑generation text for campaign forms.
• Contribute to tone‑of‑voice guidelines and content planning.
• Write website and partner‑network copy.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience in copywriting for social media and performance marketing.
• Strategic mindset for brand building and ability to align text with visual assets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content streams.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
