Content & Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Content & Social Media Manager to make Stratoplan’s social channels engaging, lively, and systematic. The role starts with revitalising interaction with our existing audience and then moves on to testing new ways to attract followers.

Key responsibilities

• Audit current channels, content, audience, and performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute a roadmap for Telegram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms based on agreed priorities.
• Create original content and re‑package existing materials (newsletters, webinars, trainer talks, articles, course content) for social media.
• Engage with the community: respond to comments, foster discussions, and explore new engagement mechanisms.
• Synchronise content planning with product launches and other initiatives.
• Analyse metrics, adjust strategies, and run experiments to improve reach and retention.
• Assist in drafting and adapting materials for partner placements when needed.

Required profile

• Strong writing ability, capable of turning expert material into clear, lively content without corporate jargon.
• Hands‑on experience managing and growing social media channels, especially Telegram.
• Proven track record of engaging existing audiences and increasing channel activity.
• Understanding of platform‑specific approaches and ability to adapt formats accordingly.
• Data‑driven mindset: comfortable working with metrics to refine content strategy.
