Commercial Services Sales Manager – Aftermarket

About the role

The Commercial Services Sales Manager – Aftermarket will develop, manage and maintain business relationships with assigned accounts across the region. Working closely with the regional sales team, you will expand existing customer relationships and execute account sales plans that support the company’s overall strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle for spare parts and service offerings, from inquiry to contract signing.
• Prepare commercial offers, quotations and long‑term maintenance contracts (LTSA) in line with customer requirements.
• Negotiate proposals, terms and conditions, and resolve disputes with clients.
• Drive sales to meet targets, compile forecasts and deliver the annual operation plan.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, analyse data and implement improvement actions.
• Coordinate cost calculations, RFQ handling and accounts‑receivable discussions, including payment terms.
• Conduct market economic analysis to develop competitive service pricing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or account management within mining, oil & gas, power generation or heavy‑machinery sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently, manage complex accounts and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Relevant degree in Marketing, Sales, Engineering or a related field; MBA or MA is a plus.
