Certification Product Line Head

About the role

We are looking for a Certification Product Line Head to drive the growth of our certification services in Kazakhstan. The successful candidate will build strong client relationships, oversee commercial activities and ensure operational excellence across the certification organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and monitor compliance with contractual accounting policies.
• Lead the development of commercial activities and sales of certification services throughout Kazakhstan.
• Set up, coordinate, delegate, supervise and manage the overall certification organisation.
• Adjust commercial and operational activities at strategic, tactical and operational levels.
• Provide feedback to the management team and other departments.
• Ensure operations follow CER MS, Code of Ethics, BV Group policies and licensing requirements.
• Manage the P&L of certification services and oversee budgeting and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in certification or auditing, including leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record in business development and service sales.
• Upper‑intermediate or higher proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO standards 9001, 14001, 45001, 22000 and 27001.
• Experience with P&L management and budgeting.
