CAA Cluster Lead

About the role

Visa is seeking a CAA Cluster Lead to drive marketing strategy, planning and execution across the CAA markets. Reporting to the Head of Marketing for CISSEE, the role will shape and align marketing priorities with business goals, overseeing local teams and agency partners to grow payment volume, market share and merchant acceptance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the CAA cluster, ensuring alignment with revenue, transaction volume and market‑share objectives.
• Oversee local Visa marketing teams and agency relationships to maximise performance in both physical and card‑not‑present environments.
• Design and launch initiatives that drive Visa payment volumes, support product platforms, cross‑border transactions and promotional/sponsorship programmes, with a focus on Premium and Cross‑border platforms.
• Manage country‑level marketing investments, assess and prioritise plans against business targets, and measure results against KPIs such as MROI.
• Deliver value‑added services to issuers and merchants through Value‑in‑Kind marketing and ensure effective creative content and cost synergies.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with clients, regional and country management, sales, product, acceptance and global marketing teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading marketing strategy and execution for multiple markets or regions.
• Track record of overseeing local marketing teams and agency partners to achieve revenue and volume growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to assess marketing effectiveness and drive data‑based decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across cross‑functional teams.
