About the role

We are looking for a qualified accountant to join our finance team in Almaty. The role involves handling a wide range of accounting tasks, including foreign‑currency operations and work with non‑resident partners.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify and process primary documents; enter incoming invoices into 1C.
• Manage sales of goods and services, issue outgoing e‑invoices and process returns.
• Handle import procedures: obtain e‑license, submit customs documents, prepare form 328.00 and allocate customs declarations.
• Perform daily bank reconciliation (up to 20 entries) and work with internet banking.
• Maintain cash desk, accept cash and non‑cash payments (including QR and remote payments) and issue cash receipts.
• Prepare and submit monthly statistical reports and quarterly reports to the National Bank.
• Conduct quarterly reconciliations with counterparties and inventory checks.
• Prepare tax registers for forms 200.00, 300.00, 100.00, etc., and handle travel expense documentation.

Required profile

• Higher education in accounting or finance.
• Minimum three years of experience as an accountant.
• Knowledge of Kazakhstani accounting, tax legislation and foreign‑currency operations.
• Ability to work under multiple tasks with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficient in 1C 8.3.
• Advanced Excel skills.

• Full‑time schedule 5/2, 09:00‑18:00.
• Net salary starting from 400 000 KZT per month.
