Business Valuation Internship

About the role

Join PwC's Advisory practice in Almaty as a Business Valuation Intern. You will support the deals team by analysing market data, client information, and financial transactions to help assess the value and risks of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic deals.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse market and client data to support valuation decisions.
• Assist the professional team in preparing financial models and presentations.
• Develop expertise in financial markets and e‑platforms such as Bloomberg.
• Conduct industry research and market analysis across various sectors.
• Utilise Excel and PowerPoint daily to support project deliverables.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or candidate with less than 2 years of experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in advisory services.
• Motivation to start a career in finance and valuation.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel

• Bloomberg terminal (or similar financial data platforms)
