Business Process Development Specialist

About the role

The Business Process Development Specialist will implement operational capabilities for the market and support the sales team with system tools, route planning and data management. This role sits at the intersection of finance, master data, and process optimisation, ensuring the system runs efficiently and supports business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the operational budget, track expenditures, process invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate and execute master‑data changes (products, stores, routes, users, tasks, surveys, targets) in the system, maintaining data accuracy.
• Monitor system performance metrics such as collection quality, user adoption and SLA compliance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, translate sales needs into functional requirements, and drive system enhancements.
• Provide operational support, troubleshoot issues, act as the primary contact for sales inquiries and coordinate with vendors for technical resolutions.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in technical sciences.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and ability to handle multiple queries.
• Analytical mindset with experience handling large data sets and project management.
• Familiarity with software development processes, cross‑functional teams and Agile methodology.
• Experience creating business processes using BPMN 2.0 and Confluence is a plus.
• Advanced English and Russian language skills.
