Business Operations Supply Analyst – Kazakhstan

About the role

Glovo is looking for a Business Operations Supply Analyst to own and improve operational metrics across its cities in Kazakhstan. You will drive data‑focused decisions, manage budgets, and build tools that increase visibility and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and monitor monthly/quarterly goals for each city.
• Own the courier cost‑per‑order (CPO) budget.
• Maintain and create dashboards, reporting models, and analytical tools.
• Analyze deviations, propose solutions, and track impact of new implementations.
• Collaborate with the Supply team to refine procedures and improve city performance.
• Prioritize day‑to‑day tasks and strategic projects using strong project‑management skills.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related technical field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in analytical, consulting, finance, logistics or strategy roles.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive ownership attitude and comfort working in a fast‑paced start‑up environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
