Business & Marketing Specialist – Russian Market

About the role

InnoGroup is seeking a Business & Marketing Specialist to expand its collaborator network and drive marketing initiatives in the Russian‑speaking market. The position is remote and part‑time, with a focus on building relationships, creating content, and providing backup customer‑service support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and nurture new collaborators while maintaining existing relationships in the target market.
• Lead Telegram marketing efforts, produce blog posts, videos and other content for a Russian‑speaking audience, and explore additional channels.
• Develop customer‑service and sales skills to act as backup coverage during team absences.
• Interpret collaborator needs and emotional cues to communicate offers smoothly.

Required profile

• Native or bilingual proficiency in Russian (CEFR C2) with strong understanding of Slavic business culture.
• Prior experience in business development, sales or customer service (at least one).
• Comfortable creating and managing marketing content; ability to appear on video.
• Ability to work 4–6 hours per day overlapping Madrid business hours.

Required skills

• Fluency in Russian (Ukrainian fluency is a plus).
• Interpersonal sensitivity to read emotional cues and adapt communication.
