Business IT Support Specialist

About the role

Sika is seeking a Business IT Support Specialist to join its Business IT team in Kazakhstan. The role is essential for maintaining the digital workplace, supporting end‑users, and contributing to the company’s digital transformation strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on support for hardware, software, and digital workplace tools.
• Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 and Teams as core collaboration platforms.
• Monitor service‑desk metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and promote best practices.
• Travel occasionally to company sites across Kazakhstan and support users in the EUE‑EUNE area.
• Participate in local and area IT projects, roll‑outs, migrations, and technical implementations.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, mobile device management, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work independently with international teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, ERP systems or Salesforce, and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
