Business Development Specialist (medtech) – Kazakhstan

About the role

GE HealthCare seeks a driven sales professional to lead growth of its Patient Care Solutions portfolio across Kazakhstan, covering patient monitoring, anesthesia, neonatal care, and cardiac monitoring technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Grow GE HealthCare's Patient Care Solutions business across Kazakhstan.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, hospital leaders, clinicians, and key decision‑makers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing partnerships.
• Lead complex sales from initial engagement to deal closure.
• Develop and execute local commercial strategies to accelerate market growth.
• Champion the value of GE HealthCare solutions as the market expert.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Track market trends and competitive activity to uncover growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience in healthcare sales, preferably medical devices or healthcare technology.
• Established network within Kazakhstan's healthcare ecosystem.
• Proven ability to develop business and drive growth independently.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and accountability.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
• English at intermediate level or above.
