Business Development Specialist – MedTech (Kazakhstan)

About the role

GE HealthCare is seeking a driven Business Development Specialist to expand its Patient Care Solutions portfolio across Kazakhstan. The role focuses on building relationships with hospitals, clinicians and distributors to drive adoption of monitoring, anesthesia, neonatal and cardiac technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the Patient Care Solutions business across Almaty, Astana and the wider Kazakhstan market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, hospital leaders, clinicians and key decision‑makers.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand existing partnerships and lead complex sales cycles from engagement to closure.
• Create and execute local commercial strategies to accelerate market growth.
• Track market trends and competitive activity to uncover further growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in healthcare sales, preferably medical devices or health‑technology.
• Established network within the Kazakhstani healthcare ecosystem.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and accountability.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; English at intermediate level or higher.
