Brand Manager, Gum, Candy and Seasonal

About the role

Mondelēz International is looking for a high-performing Brand Manager to lead its Gum and Candy brands and the Seasonal portfolio within the Chocolate category in Almaty. The role works with cross-functional global and regional teams to implement brand strategy, supports profit and loss management and business development, and drives the key sales periods from portfolio strategy through to shelf execution.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the brand strategy for the designated brands
• Develop product and packaging initiatives and implement pricing strategies
• Plan and run integrated marketing communication and media plans, and recommend integrated commercial plans
• Help develop 360-degree campaigns based on consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning
• Support marketing plans so they meet revenue, profit and share objectives, and monitor performance

Required profile

• University degree in marketing, business or economics
• 4+ years of experience in marketing at a multinational FMCG, on a Brand Manager position
• Fluency in English
• Experience delivering results autonomously and influencing stakeholders
• Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines and to present a compelling story
