Auditor

About the role

The Auditor will support Marriott International’s St. Regis property in Astana by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, cash handling, and reporting. This full‑time position involves reviewing postings, reconciling revenue, and maintaining compliance with company policies and document retention standards.

Key responsibilities

• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
• Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
• Control and secure cash and cash equivalents according to cash‑handling policies.
• Organise, secure, and maintain files and records in line with retention and confidentiality procedures.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports.
• Audit and reconcile all revenue postings.
• Follow safety, security, and company policies, including guest service standards.
• Communicate professionally with guests and colleagues, answer telephone calls, and handle written documents accurately.
• Support team goals, maintain a clean professional appearance, and protect company assets and guest privacy.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
