Assistant Category Manager – Suspension & Drive

About the role

Join AUTODOC’s fast‑growing e‑commerce team as an Assistant Category Manager supporting the Suspension & Drive portfolio. You will work closely with the Category Manager and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations, accurate data, and continuous growth of the category.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report on category KPIs such as revenue, gross margin, ASP, conversion rate and availability.
• Maintain and update the assortment structure, including generics and sub‑categories.
• Identify assortment gaps and support optimization initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards using Excel and BI tools.
• Assist with pricing analysis, promotional preparation and private‑label activities.
• Coordinate basic operational topics with suppliers (product data, availability, pricing updates).
• Support marketing campaigns, bundles, promotions and seasonal activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Pricing and Content teams to ensure data accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience or strong internship experience in e‑commerce, category management, FMCG or automotive.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, analytical mindset.

Required skills

• Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas)
• BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
