AI Creative Engineer (AI Video Ads)

About the role

Created AI is a platform where AI‑generated video ads are created, launched, and measured in one place. As an AI Creative Engineer you will work on real campaigns with live budgets, shaping the next generation of performance advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Tinker with generative models to improve quality through prompt iteration, reference images, character consistency, and lip‑sync.
• Build and refine generation workflows and prompt libraries used by the whole team.
• Test new models on release days, benchmark them, and recommend the best fit for each task.
• Generate performance video ads using the latest models such as Veo, Seedance, Kling, Sora, and upcoming releases.
• Apply editing judgment to ensure outputs are production‑ready rather than merely prototype.
• Collaborate directly with the product team, feeding insights back into product development.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with current generative AI models (text‑to‑image, image‑to‑video, text‑to‑video).
• Strong prompting skills capable of turning poor outputs into usable results quickly.
• Video editing background in social‑media ads, understanding what a finished ad needs.
• Portfolio showcasing AI‑generated video work.
• Understanding of performance advertising and what drives user engagement.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new model releases.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection.
