Admissions Officer

About the role

The Admissions Officer will manage the end‑to‑end admission process for a school that follows the SABIS® Educational System. This role ensures a smooth experience for prospective students and their families, from first contact through enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce parents and students to the SABIS® system and school campus.
• Handle student registration, applications, and diagnostic testing.
• Maintain data and statistics on inquiries and registrations.
• Follow up with parents regarding admission requirements.
• Coordinate with the Office Manager to provide marketing materials.
• Build relationships with embassies, universities, companies, NGOs, nurseries, ministries, etc.
• Register students for external examinations.
• Liaise with students and universities for applications and acceptances.
• Manage records and official documents required by the Ministry of Education.
• Prepare and deliver end‑of‑term reports to parents and students.
• Perform additional tasks or projects as delegated by SABIS® management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in Russian and English.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Professional behavior and ethical conduct.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
