Accounting & Tax Specialist

About the role

P&G is seeking an Accounting & Tax Specialist to support the Sales team and the External Reporting function. The role involves preparing local financial statements, calculating direct taxes, and providing tax and accounting guidance to internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consultancy to the Sales team on tax, accounting, and local compliance matters.
• Control the end‑to‑end payment process and ensure Sales contract compliance.
• Prepare local financial statements, statistical reports, and expense analyses for Corporate Income Tax calculations.
• Collect and validate data for US GAAP reporting and coordinate external audits.
• Coordinate the calendar year‑end closing process, including stakeholder communication and accruals.

Required profile

• Based in Almaty or willing to relocate with company support.
• Higher education degree.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1 or higher).
• Full‑time availability (40 hours per week).
