Account Manager – Live Streaming & Social App

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join our growing team in the live streaming and social entertainment industry. You will work closely with agencies, hosts and streamers to drive platform growth and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with agencies, hosts, and streamers.
• Recruit, onboard, and support hosts to grow successfully on the platform.
• Monitor agency and host performance to ensure targets and KPIs are achieved.
• Organize and manage online events and community activities.
• Provide training, guidance, and operational support to improve engagement and retention.
• Prepare reports and provide regular feedback to management.
• Handle daily operational tasks related to agencies, hosts, and platform activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in ACM operations, customer service, business development, community management, user operations, or account management within live streaming apps, social platforms, or entertainment applications.
• Prior experience in the same industry is required.
• Good command of Chinese or English.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with voice/chat‑based social applications and virtual gifting systems.
• Experience organizing online social events is highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
