Account Manager – Groceries (Kazakhstan)

About the role

Glovo is seeking a talented Account Manager to drive growth for its fast‑expanding Groceries vertical in Kazakhstan. You will be responsible for improving operational performance metrics such as orders, users and revenue while supporting top partner merchants.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance operational performance and streamline processes for a group of Top Partners in the Groceries segment.
• Foster enduring partnerships, boost business metrics and manage promotional activities.
• Provide strategic counsel based on data analysis and industry insight.
• Build and maintain proactive communication with partners, conducting meetings and business reviews.
• Collect partner feedback and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvements.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in high‑performance analytical roles such as consulting, startups or business operations.
• Proficiency in data analysis with Google Sheets and ability to deliver actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Self‑starter attitude with proven project management experience.
• Fluency in the local language and English.
