ServiceNow Developer

About the role

We are looking for a driven ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team and help design and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform for global clients. The role involves working on diverse projects across ITSM, ITOM, HR and other business domains, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Kazakhstan or from our offices in Astana, Almaty or Karaganda.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement new functionality within the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
• Support and maintain existing ServiceNow features.
• Collaborate with team members and client representatives to ensure delivered solutions meet expectations.

Required profile

• Experience with development and administration of the ServiceNow platform.
• Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with third‑party solutions and tools.
• Understanding of Agile development processes.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Basic understanding of ITIL.
• English language level B2 or higher.
