Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to strengthen platform reliability, advanced troubleshooting, and automation for our core client platforms. The role blends analytical, diagnostic, and project‑based work, requiring deep expertise across infrastructure, containers, and cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the escalation point for advanced incident management, performing deep‑dive troubleshooting of infrastructure, containers, and cloud services.
• Lead root‑cause analysis for major or recurring issues, document findings and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures, maintain infrastructure‑as‑code, and enhance the CI/CD toolchain.
• Plan and execute high‑risk architectural changes such as cluster migrations and major upgrades.
• Analyze system performance, adjust resources and configurations for stability and cost optimization.
• Create and update standard operating procedures, runbooks, and conduct training sessions.
• Participate in on‑call rotation, covering escalations and complex deployment issues, including weekend standby.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, PowerShell and Bash scripting.
• Experience with IIS, HAProxy, RabbitMQ, Active Directory and TLS certificate management.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm and AWS services (IAM, EKS, ASG, ALB/NLB, Route53).
• Skills in Ansible for configuration management and automation.
• Familiarity with JEMSfm, JEMSco, JEMSts, JEMSmm platforms and IoT Edge environments.
• Understanding of PowerBI, data‑warehouse concepts and MS SQL.
• Ability to work on‑call, including stand‑by and weekend coverage.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
