Salesforce Business Solution Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Solution Architect to guide our customers through digital transformation. You will design and deliver customized Salesforce solutions that align technology with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives.
• Develop scalable data architectures and integrate customer data across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Work with cross‑functional teams (IT, marketing, sales, customer service) to deliver end‑to‑end data‑driven solutions.
• Define and implement data integration strategies, focusing on ingestion, transformation, and unification.
• Establish best practices for data quality, security, and governance.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and related products.
• Mentor and train internal teams on Salesforce functionalities and new features.
• Stay current with Salesforce innovations and share insights to drive growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis or Functional Consulting experience in emerging technologies.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or Consultant with deep knowledge of platform capabilities.
• Experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including custom development and third‑party integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Hands‑on experience configuring the Salesforce platform.
• Experience with agile project management and delivering solutions on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new Salesforce updates and industry trends.
