• Identify potential partnerships and engage with restaurants and retailers that align with Wolt's vision.
• Systematically manage the pipeline of new potential partnerships.
• Understand venue performance to set profitable business terms and negotiate partnership agreements.
• Collaborate closely with relevant departments while demonstrating exceptional communication skills.

Required profile

• Proficient in B2B and B2C communication, both over the phone and in the field.
• Passionate about sales; a \"no\" fuels the drive to achieve a \"yes\".
• Natural networking and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confident, outgoing, and not shy.
• Hunter instinct to secure meetings with potential business owners.
• High ownership mindset and ambition to exceed expectations.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Fluent in Kazakh and Russian; English is a plus.
