Performance Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketer to join Crimson Education’s global growth team. You will own the end‑to‑end execution of paid acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, helping ambitious students worldwide access elite education pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and manage paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, including audience segmentation, creative testing and budget allocation.
• Design and execute Google Ads campaigns with keyword research, ad copy creation, bidding strategies and negative keyword management.
• Monitor live campaigns across all paid channels, identify under‑performing assets and optimise through technical adjustments and content collaboration.
• Traffick campaigns across multiple countries while adhering to budget guidelines and launch processes.
• Test and activate additional paid channels such as LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and programmatic platforms.
• Track and report full‑funnel metrics (spend, CPL, lead quality, pipeline contribution, ROAS) and analyse conversion data using pixels, UTM parameters and CRM data.
• Contribute to the global performance marketing knowledge base and document best practices.
• Design and run structured A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
• Availability to work with some overlap with EMEA time zones.
