F&B Service Expert (Professional Kazakh and Russian Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Service Expert to join our Food & Beverage team at The Ritz‑Carlton in Astana. The role focuses on delivering memorable guest experiences through attentive service, table setting, and coordination with the kitchen.

Key responsibilities

• Set tables, clean work areas and supplies, and ensure the dining environment is ready for guests.
• Communicate orders with the kitchen, interact with and serve guests throughout their meal.
• Read and verify menu information, and manage the physical demands of the role such as moving, lifting and carrying items up to 25 lb unaided.
• Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and ensure professional appearance and communication.
• Adhere to the Gold Standards of The Ritz‑Carlton, delivering gracious and thoughtful service.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• License or certification: none required.

Required skills

• Professional proficiency in Kazakh.
• Professional proficiency in Russian.
