Area Sales Manager – South Kazakhstan (RX)

About the role

Recordati is seeking an Area Sales Manager for its RX portfolio in South Kazakhstan. The role will lead a team of Medical Representatives, drive sales growth, and implement marketing and commercial strategies for original products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Medical Representatives to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies, including key opinion leader engagement.
• Analyze market data, competitor activities, and performance metrics to optimise promotional activities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with marketing, medical affairs, and supply chain for successful product launches.
• Foster a high‑performance, inclusive team culture through training, feedback, and engagement meetings.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain accurate CRM reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 4+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role for original/branded products.
• Proven track record in team leadership, sales growth and product launches in competitive markets.
• Fluent in Kazakh (mandatory) and English (advantage).
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel 50‑60% regionally.
