AI Solutions Engineer (Python & Architecture)

About the role

EPAM is looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to lead technical enablement initiatives, bootcamps, and workshops that accelerate developer adoption of SAP's Golden Path Agentic AI framework. The role blends hands‑on coding, AI engineering, and instructional design to help teams build and ship AI agents at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate technical bootcamps and hands‑on enablement sessions for developers.
• Deliver code‑first learning experiences, creating demos, labs, and reusable assets.
• Design workflows, automations, and solution bundles that speed up adoption.
• Bridge the gap between AI agent development and production deployment.
• Provide consultation and support self‑paced learning offerings.
• Travel to client sites as needed to deliver onsite sessions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years working with LangGraph and MLflow.
• Strong background in AI engineering and backend development with Python.
• Excellent technical storytelling and communication skills.
• Comfortable facilitating hands‑on workshops and bootcamps.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
