Guest Service Agent – Front Desk

About the role

As a Guest Service Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere from arrival through departure. You will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out processes while delivering memorable hospitality experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, complete check‑in, verify details, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome materials.
• Process check‑out, verify charges, handle payments, issue receipts and use the POS system accurately.
• Provide comprehensive information on hotel amenities, room types, rates, promotions and local attractions.
• Promote hotel services and upsell amenities to maximize revenue.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and manage communications.
