Senior Acceptance Manager

About the role

Visa is seeking a Senior Acceptance Manager to lead the commercialization of its payment solutions across Central Asia. You will act as a trusted partner to top merchants and acquirers, driving adoption of Visa’s products and services while supporting financial literacy and SME enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop relationships with leading merchants and acquirers in Central Asia.
• Drive adoption of Visa payment products, solutions, and value‑added services.
• Engage senior client stakeholders, including C‑level executives, with consultative and commercial leadership.
• Identify market trends, opportunities, and risks in face‑to‑face acquiring and eCommerce.
• Qualify and quantify market opportunities in collaboration with local teams.
• Contribute to market strategy, business planning, and execution of growth initiatives.
• Lead initiatives to increase Visa acceptance, unlock under‑penetrated merchant segments, and support SME enablement.
• Facilitate co‑brand programs from prospecting through launch and post‑launch performance management.
• Provide structured feedback on product enhancements, pricing, and localization needs.
• Represent Visa at industry conferences, client events, and public forums.

Required profile

• Strong background in payments, digital products, and eCommerce business development.
• Proven experience working with senior client stakeholders and driving commercial outcomes.
• Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable growth plans.
• Excellent consultative selling and relationship‑building skills.
