Document Control Center (DCC) Specialist – Kokshetau CHP Project

About the role

Bureau Veritas Kazakhstan Industrial Services is seeking experienced Document Control Center (DCC) Specialists to support the Kokshetau Combined Heat and Power Plant (CHP) project.

Key responsibilities

• Register, track, distribute and archive all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
• Maintain engineering document, drawing and correspondence registers.
• Ensure proper document numbering, revision control and transmittal management.
• Monitor document review and approval workflows and follow up on overdue actions.
• Distribute approved documents to stakeholders and maintain traceability.
• Maintain electronic and hard‑copy filing systems in line with project procedures.
• Prepare document status reports, progress updates and meeting minutes.
• Support audit, handover and document close‑out activities while safeguarding confidentiality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Management or related field.
• Minimum five years of document control experience on construction, EPC, industrial or energy projects.
• Strong understanding of document management processes, numbering systems and revision control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Required skills

• Experience with document management systems such as Aconex, SharePoint or EDMS.
• Ability to maintain project registers, correspondence logs and document databases.
